Cint 5.14.45

I just found an error in GiNaC's INSTALL file.  The last line should read
>    5.14.45    | compiles fine, works like a charm
instead of
<    5.14.45    | compiles fine, still some weirdnesses during execution
I had a wrong link when I tried it.
