[GiNaC-devel] tutorial documentation and makeinfo --html

when GiNaC is configured with the --enable-html-doc option, make install 
fails.

As far as I can tell, this is because the installation script is looking for 
ginac.html in the doc/tutorial directory,  rather than the files in the 
doc/tutorial/ginac directory.
