Well it looks like this "DR 363" to me. With the small detail that _ex120
has sneakily been initialized before... ;-).

Well, I had some doubts about const ex _ex120 = _ex120; myself but the
compiler did not mind. Now looking at this link, it appears that even the
standardization committee likes it :-).
