[GiNaC-devel] Patch 2

[Jan Rheinländer]

Problem: Return type of function is "ex". MSVC complains that it cannot
convert "GiNaC::power*" to "ex"

Solution: Changed expression to "GiNaC::power" and removed
statusflags::dynallocated
