Any objections to make the new soname libginac.so.2?
If not, I'll commit a patch soon.

Rationale: Okay, the old scheme was libginac-1.5.so.0, so it looks like 
no problem, but distributions might have packages named libginac1.5 and 
would prefer to continue with libginac2, because libginac0 breaks 
lexicographic ordering.
