[GiNaC-devel] Simplifying powers

	Dear All,

	Following Alexei's advises I rewrite the expansion of
  powers. The block is moved up, since it is more sensible to do this
  type of expansion before the basis of exponent was expanded. There is
  no other place in the code which check that *all* factors are
  sign-indefinite. Thus the respective flag is set within this block.
