[GiNaC-list] problem installing ginac on windows via cygwin

Hello all,

I am trying to install ginac 1.3.3 onto a windows XP system via cygwin.  For 
some reason when I run configure it cannot find libreadline although I have 
readline installed.  From what I've read I suppose I must use CPPFLAGS to tell 
configure where readline is located but I'm not sure how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
