Hi,

GiNaC 1.8.3 has been tagged. The News:
* series_to_poly() can be used from ginsh.
* Fix power::to_polynomial() for posint exponents.
* Fix power::subs() in some special cases.

As always, happy hacking, and a lovely UN International Day for the
Right to the Truth Concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the
Dignity of Victims! (24 March)
