[GiNaC-list] GiNaC 1.8.8 released

Hi,

GiNaC 1.8.8 has been released.

This release features some build fixes (notably for MacOS) and an 
improvement in ginsh: Assigning variables in ginsh now affects all other 
assigned variables which contain that new variable.

Note to packagers: The soname has changed.
