CLN 1.2.0 was configured with no --prefix (it defaults to /usr), but
you're trying to convince GiNaC to look for it in prefix
/home/theorist/cbouchrd/local/. Apparently, there are two different
versions of CLN installed on your system, confusing your compiler.
